At ever haute co. we want to be sure you are confident in your permanent jewelry experience knowing that we are a LOCAL business bringing you a unique, quality experience you won't find anywhere else! 

We will guarantee all our chains, charms and connectors for 14 days - meaning if anything happens to your chain, for any reason within 14 days of your Spark! - we will either replace or repair your chain at no cost. 

All length adjustments to shorten or tighten your chain are also covered within the first 14 days. *Note - we are unable to lengthen your chain without the purchase and addition of a connector piece. 

After 14 days, if you need to adjust the length of your chain or change the location your permanent jewelry - the cost is $10. 

After 14 days, if your chain needs to be removed for any medical reason - we will reweld your chain the first time at no cost. 

Each additional reweld is available at a cost of $10. 

In the event that a chain, connector or charm may not meet our quality standards and is deemed defective; we will replace the chain, connector or charm at no cost. This does not include a chain, connector or charm that may have normal build up or debris from daily wear.

A custom-fit chain "permanently welded" to your wrist, ankle or necklace using a quick and simple process. The piece of jewelry is claspless and is custom fit to you. 

Pricing can fluctuate based on the price of metals, but our current price list can be found here.

You must be at least 3 years old to obtain a piece of permanent jewelry and be able to sit still. We may refuse to weld on anyone, of any age if you are unable to remain still during the welding process.

Not at all! There will be a small flash during the welding process but it's completely painless. 

Depends on the chain that you choose, and many environmental factors. Meaning if you are doing something that could cause it to constantly snag, your piece could break.

Feel free to contact us to have removed or you are able to cut through the jump ring with a very sharp pair of scissors. If you wish to have welded back on at a later time, schedule and appointment and we will do so for a small charge ($10).

Nope - travelers go through security each day without removing any jewelry through security.

Possibly - for some medical procedures, you will need to remove your permanent jewelry piece. Contact us to remove and weld your piece back on after your procedure.
